Nutrition

A full menu with a mix of nutrients, minerals, sugars, protein and fat is fundamental for the general development of children. We provide healthy and home cooked meals to the children following HENRY (a healthy eating scheme to give children the best start to their food journey).

We have a chef who comes in daily to prepare the main meal. She updates the menus on a regular basis and tweaks them to fit better with the children who are in for that day.

Meal times are a social experience for the children, sitting together and holding conversations whilst learning manners and other social skills. A full day place will see your child having breakfast, a full mid-day meal and a snack tea. All our meals are carefully prepared in setting and each meal has a recipe card with allergen information on it. Food will be adapted to suit the needs of all children.

We are completely meat-free, we serve fish but can also cater to vegetarian or vegan children.

(menus may vary due to children doing cooking activities or the vegetables that are in season)
