Rebecca Ramsden and Abbie Aveyard are the directors of the company and will also be working in the setting as manager and deputy manager. Both Rebecca and Abbie have lots of experience working in full day care.

Rebecca qualified in 2006 and gained work as a practitioner from qualifying. Rebecca has worked in a setting since, doing a range of roles from practitioner to room leader, supporting manager and manager. Rebecca became a director of her first nursery in 2010.

Abbie started working in a nursery setting as a chef. from here she decided she would like to pursue a career in childcare. The setting where she worked employed her as an apprentice in 2014, she gained both her level 2 and level 3 qualifications and has worked as a practitioner and room leader since.

Rebecca is the lead for SENDCO (special educational needs and disabilities coordinator) and safeguarding)

Abbie is the lead for behaviour management and safeguarding.
