On registration we ask for a deposit, this will be decided based on how quickly within the term they need to start. This is to secure your place and to enable us to start settling in sessions. If you do the settling in sessions and then decide not to take the place, the deposit is non-refundable. Once your child officially starts nursery, the deposit will credit your first bill. Children attending for funded sessions only will not need to pay a deposit.
We issue an invoice on the 1st of the month and we ask this to be paid by the 15th of the month. We understand this isn’t always possible, due to different pay days so we can be flexible with the date providing it is in the same month. Any payments outstanding on the first of the following month with incur a 5% late payment charge.
We accept payments via bank transfer and tax-free childcare.
As we secure your child’s place each week any Holidays you take and absence due to sickness will still be charged for. We will not charge for bank holidays or the week we are closed over Christmas.
If you are going to be late collecting your child nursery needs to be informed as soon as possible. At the discretion of the nursery manager, fees for children collected after their finish time will be charged at £1 per minute for each child.
