We are very aware that for both you as parents, and the child, starting a nursery can be a daunting process. We believe you both need time to get used to the new people and surroundings which is why we do not have a set amount of time or days that we allocate for your child to settle in. Once you decide to take up a place with us, we will arrange a visit, usually starting about 1 month before your start date. At the first visit, you will stay with your child and complete all the forms. The second visit, and all visits after that will be dependent on how you and your child are feeling. If your child has been upset and anxious at the first visit, we will offer short, regular sessions before your official start date. If your child seems happy and fine for you to leave them, we may offer longer sessions weekly. This is something we will decide together.
